This is my post of shame...I have become very fat and very slow.  I am hoping that by posting I will start to run again.  St George may be my last marathon for awhile so I want it to be a good one.  In order to do that I need to lose 30 pounds.  Can I do that in the next 3 months, probable not but it is the goal.

Two days in a row!  Splits are even slower today but at least I got out and did the miles.  That is my goal for July is to do every mile on my training schedule, they may be slow but they are getting done.
