6X400 meter repeats.  Last time I did these the 7:30 speed seemed to easy.  Someone suggested I tried raising my incline to 1% and then try them.  I did and they were much harder.  I did all six at 7:30 speed with 100 meter walk in between.

Lifted for ham, glute and calf

WOOT WOOT WOOT!! Then you are improving alot then. You should be happy with being able to do them. Great job Katie. That is really fast pace too. What was your next race again??
