Spin class - went easy I noticed when my heart rate went above 150 I would feel light headed. Kept heart rate in 140's until then end of class and tried to go above 150 again and it was not as bad.
So sorry you have been sick. My hubby was starting to fell better last week; then Max Hall's terrible 6 turnovers caused a relapse, I'm sure. He's still not 100%.
What's your resting heart rate? When I had that terrible bronchitis last winter resulting in an ER trip from fainting I noticed my resting heart rate was elevated. Instead of in the mid 40's, it was in the 70's just laying in bed. You're smart to monitor your heart rate while exercising so you don't overdo or worse, pass-out.
Hope you feel better soon and able to enjoy Thanksgiving with your family.
Wow still not up to 100%. Hope you start feeling better soon. At least you are listen to your body very well. I should get me a heart monitor too. All I can say is that Kimmy is lucky you got sick or I am sure you would of won.:)

Mark.........you do realize that I read these posts. I can't believe you have turned on me.
LOL Hey I would of been so supportive on yours. But I am only cheering for Kathie since she is working so hard at it.:) I would cheer for you just as much but you know.
I'm worried about you two. Haven't heard from you for days. How is everyone feeling?
