Take some vitamins, eat some chicken soup and sleep. Nice workout by the way.

Kathie....Try some AirBorne. I always take that if I feel a cold coming on. I don't know if it actually works, but it's worth a shot. I seem to have avoided several colds by taking that stuff.

Nice job. Hope you arent getting sick. Being sick around any holiday isn't fun.

From Teena on Thu, Oct 30, 2008 at 15:36:51

Sleep it off baby!! And oh yeah ... have you ever tried the Emergen-C packets? Love em!

From saamijeff on Thu, Oct 30, 2008 at 15:42:44

I use the Glucososamine ones. Vitiman C and joint health. Works for me.

From Kimmy on Thu, Oct 30, 2008 at 18:26:14

I have to best cure for your cold...If you get sick..you have to take time off of working out...and I don't...therefore, at the next race I will beat you!!!!

OK everyone she will be just fine!!

From Smooth on Thu, Oct 30, 2008 at 22:21:51

Don't let Hickgirl beat you. May be you can dream of running while you sleep. It works, doesn't it?

Yes, take Emergen C, eat chicken soup, lots of fluid and yoga.

From JeffC on Fri, Oct 31, 2008 at 10:10:30

Runners aren't supposed to get colds. I hope you feel better soon, drink lots of fluids and get out of the house for at least a walk.

From Smooth on Sun, Nov 02, 2008 at 22:34:59

Kathie -- Please tell me you DON'T have the colds. It's a new month, new week...new start for all of us.
