Ran 4 miles today outside.  splits: 8:32, 8:44, 8:40, 8:31

I seem to be getting faster but the last mile was really hard to stay with the pace. I am sure that I couldn't have gone much longer at this pace.

You did it though. Keep up the good work!

Impressive, especially after coming off being sick. Only way to know if you couldn't go much further would be to try. Maybe a quarter mile at a time. Great job!

Great splits that is a good run. Yeah I love runs like that. Where you push yourself good and hard like that. Great job.

Very nice splits. I bet you felt good afterwards.
