Six mile today on the elliptical resistace set to an 11 finished in 46 min.  Felt really strong today maybe the cross trainging is working!

Lifted for lesgs - quad, ham and calf

Yoga - Hard class with a lot of back bends I really don't like back bends and she had us do back bend push ups I couldn't even do one how pathetic is that!

I dont know if I even could do one back bend push up. They sounds very tough. Yep I think all the Xtraining will really help you out alot. BQ BQ BQ

A very well balanced workout. GOOD JOB!!! I need to take lessons from you Da Yoga Diva. You must be as flexible as a prezel and tough as nail.

Back bends? What's that? I can hardly bend forward. Back bend push ups? Isn't that what inch-worms do? I think I'd be rolling on the floor w/ pain or laugh myself silly.

The fact that you are doing Yoga is huge. I don't think I could make it through five minutes of a yoga class. I am not flexible at all, people would laugh, people would cry, it would not be pretty.

You are amazing ... can't believe you on the elliptical. That is some crazy resistance you've got going. Too bad they didn't do elliptical marathons ... you would own it!!!
