Just keep spinning, just keep spinning, spinning, spinning. I really need to try one of these spin classes someday but I am afraid it would kick my butt.
No I am not training for a tri I NEVER ride outside I don't even own a bike. Before I got into running I would spin almost every day sometimes twice a day. Now I only spin twice a week. I think it is really great cross training. When i lift there are just a bunch of machines that I use. All the machines are color coded. The leg machines are green, abs orange, Back red and arms yellow. I just go from machine to machine until 30 min is up. I don't really follow a plan. I am sure I could do better but that would be too much work!
Wow that is quite the workout there Kathie. Was spin for a hr too?? You couldnt be doing those all 3 together in the same visit to the gym. If you are my hat is off to you. That is one tough workout.
You are a machine!! Nice work out. I need to work out on the machines more. I used to do them quite a bit, but have drastically slacked off. Stink!
