Went out to do a mile loop around my house four times. It is very hilly and steep both up and down after the first mile I decided that was not fun at all and did the other three on rolling hills

splits: 9:20, 8:46, 8:38, 8:40

The day was so nice I spent the next few hours in the yard and I am heading out with a book right now just to enjoy the sunshine. I called Kimmy and told her she needed to skip work and enjoy the sun as well. I hope she does.

Those are nice splits on rolling hills. I'm all for skipping work. Ahhh!!! a book under the Autumn sun, pure joy...you're inspiring me to have a nice day.

Hills are no fun, but they pay off on race day. Glad to hear the weather is so nice. Hope it keeps up for you.

Great minds think a like. I ran 4 miles today. Couldn't get off of work. Even after you talked to may boss he still wouldn't let me leave...go figure!!!!

Great run...our splits are very close

9:09; 8:30; 8:23; and 8:42. Howerver that last mile I had stopped and talked to a little girl in my Primary class. I know it would have been slower....closer to the 9:00 minute range I was really tired after 3. good Job Kathie.

Mark.....I am so hurt. I am the underdog here. Kathie....has no life all she has to do is worry about working out.

Me on the other hand has to work 50 hours a week....run my daughter everywhere and then try and fit a workout in.

You should be saying Goooooo Kimmy!!!!

Anyway, I don't even try to beat Kathie. She is so stinking (I took that word from Teena) competative that its not worth it.

LOL you guys are a riot. I am cheering for you both really. I was happy to see you both cross the finish line at ToU. I was suprised to see Kathie just a few steps behind you. She had alot left in her for sure since she ran over and high fived Slick and I. Will be interesting to see who is going to win the trot though. Hmm now if only we would see what kind of training Kimmy is doing. And not be so sneaky about it we would know.:) Who knows we might even start cheering more for you too. GO KATHIE!!! LOL Kimmy your funny. I dont think your are liar. I am just getting it 2nd hand how your doing is all. It just all the sneaky secret training your doing. I just know how competitive Kathie is. And so that is the edge I think that she has.
