Three mile I wanted them to be tempo miles but I guess I am still not all better I ran the first on in 8:29 the second in 8:57 (had to wait to cross street) but the last mile was harder than it should have been and I did it in 9:41

Yep, sounds like your body is still trying to heal. Don't push it ... I always regret it when I do when I'm sick or getting over being sick. Takes twice as long to really feel better.

Great job getting out and getting your shoes dirty. It is tough after taking a few days off to being ill. Keep it up you will be back to your fast self soon.
