8 X 800 meter repeats 400 meter rest interval 800's at 7:30 1% incline. First four felt easy again and then the last four killed me...how can it go from easy to hard so fast. Had to drop it down to 0 incline for half of the last one but still feel good about this workout. Lifted for legs Heidi called and asked if I would run 5 miles with her...sure why not!
