8 X 800 meter repeats 400 meter rest interval 800's at 7:30 1% incline.  First four felt easy again and then the last four killed me...how can it go from easy to hard so fast.  Had to drop it down to 0 incline for half of the last one but still feel good about this workout.

Lifted for legs

Heidi called and asked if I would run 5 miles with her...sure why not!  We did them nice and slow and had a great conversation.

Way to push yourself hard. Two more of those and your predicted marathon time would be 3:45! You're going to have a great Boston. I'm excited to meet your husband there. He'll have a great time hanging with Larry and Doone during the race.

Kathie ~ AWESOME 800s! NICELY DONE!!! You are right on target for Boston!! I am excited for James to join Larry and Doone at the cheer section...and some good Chinese and Italian food...and of course the awesome seafood!!!
