SO SO SO sorry to hear the ankle still hurts! I feel responsible for it! I hope it heals up fast!

AWESOME hill repeats! That is a lot of repeats and miles!

Your training has been so solid! You have run lots of quality miles and quantity base mileage compare to last year. With the remaining tapering weeks, your body will absorb all that training. Doubt not, fear not. You will do AWESOME at Boston!!! I will pray like crazy that your ankle heals up quickly and completely! LOVE YOU!

Oh man, I just read what happened to your ankle. I hope it heals up quickly. Don't worry about your last long run being lousy. It happens occasionally. You are ready for Boston.

Keep icing that ankle. Don't do anything crazy. You have already put in the miles and the work. Now you're just maintaining and recovering. Last year I did the pacing for the Havasu Half 9 days before Boston ( a very flat course) and ran a 1:31 when I was supposed to run a 1:30. I thought I was in trouble for Boston. 9 days later when I was fully tapered I ran a 2:58 at Boston with both halves being faster than 1:31. Trust your training. You will be ready!!!
