Seven easy miles with Heidi We walk up to a trail at mile 3.5 so I could show her where it was, that is why mile four is so slow.

Today I am in charge of a luncheon for 130 people. I got several calls last night telling me...that all the entertainment fell through, that they will be playing soccer in the gym until one hour before the luncheon and that a lot of my help is not going to show up. I am going crazy I hope it turns out.
