18 miles that really made me feel a lot better about Boston.  Now if I could only get Teena, my little cheer leader, to come at cheer me on during the race.  I know I couldn't have done it without her!

I wanted to run 9:30 for most of the miles but mostly I wanted to run longer than 10 miles without a long break.  I kept thinking that the wheels were going to fall off and I did get tired but never totally bonked!

Splits: 9:12, 9:06, 8:53, 8:44, 8:52, 8:43, 9:04, 8:53, 9:02, 9:13, 8:55, 8:55, 12:05 (ate gu and walked) 9:00, 9:10, 9:22 (walked water stop) 11:56 not sure why this is slow 9:02.

Most of the miles were 10 - 30 second off marathon pace so I am really happy with this run!

Awesome run today! You looked so strong and speedy! Great pace considering you are just off of an illness, You're gonna rock at Boston!

My only regret is I didn't get to visit with you! I wanted to hear all about your Relay. come to think of it I never even got to hear about your Japan trip! Ok next time!

You did SO SO SO AWESOME!!! Seriously!!! How I wish I could cheer you in at Boston, but I promise you, you don't need me. It was all YOU!!! I was just happy to be along for the ride.

I am so happy that you are feeling so good: no aches, no pains! You are going to have SO MUCH FUN!!!!

Okay ... I think it is definitely time for a luncheon so everyone can hear everyone's stories!!! What do you think?

Great splits. You ran very strongly. I wish I could have been there.

Looks like a great run. That should give you some confidence heading into Boston.

I keep forgetting to say how nice it was to see you again Saturday (since last year at Boston). You are running so strong, and are going to do great (again!). It's not Teena Marie....although she's great, it's YOU. Contrats for getting in, have a blast...you're going to do great!
