5 easy miles at 9:13 last mile at 8:41. Used a brace all day yesterday for my ankle, i even slept in it. It felt better today not so much pain just felt weak. I can't run in the brace it gives me really bad blisters. Lifted for legs I will lift one more time and then take two weeks off spin - very hard class. We did cone intervals four times. This is were you start out with a 10 second interval and a 50 second rest. Then you do 20 second interval with a 40 second rest. You keep doing it until you get to 60 second interval with 10 second rest. Then you go the other way. We did this four times with a 7 minute hill climb after the second set to REST really how can a hill climb be rest?
