Heidi text me early this morning saying that she couldn't make it.  I have not run alone for a long time.  I used to run alone all the time but today it weird to not have somebody to talk to.

Last night was my sons 19th birthday party, I ate cake, candy, soda with sugar in it, and Panda Express fried greasy food and today I had the best run I have had in a long time!!!!!  So much for ever eating healthy food again!
