My schedule called for 11 miles with 10 at marathon pace.  I was very sure that I was still too weak to do 10 miles at marathon pace but I wanted to get in as long of a run as I could.  I ran 4.5 miles with Heidi it was so fun to run with her again.

Splits: 9:28, 9:52, 9:45, 9:39,

I felt good after this run and I had 30 minutes before I had to wake my daughter up so I went out for 3.5 miles

Splits: 9:26, 8:57, 8:46, 8:39

While only two of the miles were at marathon pace it really was a pace effort for most of the run.  I was feeling light headed but I wanted to continue to workout.  I hopped on the treadmill set the incline to between 6-8 and walked up the hill for 5 miles until my buns were on fire!.  I still feel sick but I think I will try and run again tomorrow at a slow pace and work on speed when I feel better.

You are starting to sound like Teena. Let yourself recover before you start the hard workouts.
