Nice running. I'm very slowly healing, still not even walking normally.

Another excellent run! What schedule are you using? I can't remember!

Did Canyon ask you about going to the Boston Temple Tue morning?

No she has not talked to me. I think my plane leaves too early. I will check and let you know.

Excellent run!!!

I am curious as well, what schedule are you using?

From Kathie on Tue, Feb 08, 2011 at 19:42:31 from 63.248.105.188

It is a combination of Phitz and Higdon that I kind of threw together. This is the first time I have used it so we will see how it goes.

Kathie ~ I am using Pfitz 55/12 while Karen is on Higdon's Intermediate I. Since I'm sorta training with her, my schedule is a mesh of the two as well. I do need to throw in some hill workouts though!

What are you running this Sat.?

From Kathie on Wed, Feb 09, 2011 at 00:00:01 from 63.248.105.188

I think I will run 16 on Saturday, how about you

From Smooth on Wed, Feb 09, 2011 at 00:02:29 from 67.2.82.197

My schedule says to run 16 w/ 10 at marathon pace. Joy!
