Not my best day! I ran four easy miles ankle felt great! Lifted for legs Yoga - We did a pose called scorpion it looks like this I have not been able to do this pose but I was getting close right as I was going up I knew things were not going well and I fell forward. As I landed I heard a loud pop and my left foot (the healthy one) started to swell up. I drove right to the emergency room had my foot x-rayed and you guessed it two weeks before Boston I have broken two toes! I guess I will be cheering from the sidelines this year!
