Ran 5.6 with Heidi and 2.4 more on my own.  Marathon pace felt hard.  Ankle felt weak again but pain is going away.  It hurts the most right after I run before I put my brace back on.

Splits: 9:48, 9:31, 9:40, 9:45, 9:34, 8:34, 8:41, 8:23

I am glad there is sign of improvement in your ankle! Please please please be careful!

Those are very NICE and CONSISTENT pace! EXCELLENT run, Kathie! :)

I have yet to run anything close to that pace since Sat. You are such a good running partner and friend to Heidi...I'd love to meet her! :)

I think I have talked Heidi in to coming to the Porter Rockwell trail on Saturday. So If you will be there she will too!

Taking a day off from running might not be a bad idea. You spin enough to make up for any missed runs. The most important thing is to get to Boston healthy.

What is wrong with your ankle? I am so so so out of touch!

And I totally agree with Andy!!!
