Ran on a running trail in Moab.  Because I was alone I would run out one mile and then turn around and run back to James as he walked.  It was really fun to run here.  For some reason I couldn't run slow enough though I wanted to run around 9:30 and all my miles were under 9:00

Splits: 8:51, 8:22, 8:38, 8:28

Puts a smile on my face to picture you running so happily and effortlessly in sub-mp pace and in circle around James!

I once did that when Larry walked and it drove him nuts! :)

That's a good indication of how much faster you have become. 8:30 now feels like 9:30 used to.
