11 miles I ran 6 before SDRR and then 5 with Laura I think I ran them a little fast for one week before  the race, they felt harder than I had hoped.  I am not sure about what pace I can do.  I remember feeling the same way before painters and I hit my goal there so maybe it is a good sign that I am so nervous! Goal pace is 8:20

splits: 8:48, 8:46, 8:55, 8:39, 8:43, 8:57, 9:08, 8:46, 9:14(hill) 8:36, 8:41,

Plenty of time still for you to recover. Good job.

Let yourself recover this week, but still get in a few quick paced shorter runs to keep the legs fresh. You're going to do great.

You'll do fine Kathie. Nice easy recovery week and you will be good to go. 8:20 pace is smoking, can't wait to hear the report.

Ok, Kathie, now where did you go? Is everything alright?
