12 miles today. I wanted to go 10 I ran six and then met up with the running group. There was a new runner there so I ran two with her and then headed out on my own. I then ran into two neighbors they were heading out for four miles I only needed two more but what the heck. Problem was at mile 10 my shin really started to bother me. I also had not brought any water/Gu along and I really started to get hungry and thirsty.
