Lifted for legs EZ they are still feeling Saturdays run.

OK here is the deal with the push-up challenge (notice I said challenge not CONTEST).  I am going to do the push-ups Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights before I go to bed, and then report on the following days.  You can report your progress here or on your own blog.

I did 20 push-ups (girly ones) during my initial test and so I am going to start in column three tonight.  Good luck to all of you.   I will need your support… this is the third time I have tried to do this so DO NOT let me quit!

Nice recovery plus tempo run there. Is that what you were doing? Don't you love my running lingo? I used to just run, how far or how fast were insignificant. I didn't even wear a sport watch. Now after each run, I have to classify the miles. It's so dumb!

OK, I will do the challenge. I think it's gonna be fun.

Great job Kathie. I'll try and get in my initial push-up numbers tomorrow.

GREAT RUN TODAY!!!! And thanks for adding the LINGO Smooth!

Okay, I just did my push-ups! I am in, becasue I have attempted this challenge twice and bugged out. I forget to do it.

I decided to try to stick with GUY push ups for the challenge just to see how far I can get. I did 15, but I think I would have to call the last one bad form, so I will say 14 and start with level 3 (I guess it does not really matter since level 3 is 11-20 push ups). I agree with the MWF plan, but I can not count today so this week I will do TWF---just this once.

GOOD LUCK EVERYONE, and thanks for the motivation Kathie!!!

Geeeez! I have been too lazy to do my max pushups, I will try and do them tonight. Good job on getting 20, I'll be lucky to get 10.

Challenge to a runner means Contest. Nice running. You are improving rapidly.
