3 easy miles but you will never guess what I found in the gym... one of the old treadmills with a decline!!!! I did the first two miles on a 3% decline and then when my quads rebelled I went to a 1% incline for the final mile!!!!  So happy I found this treadmill...now to think of a way to get anyone off of it when I want to use it!

Lifted - only for inner and outer thighs (that is the only place that doesn't still hurt)

Nice find! One idea is to pack something in a little tupperware that stinks really bad and if someone is on the desired treadmill, surreptitiously open it up next to the treadmill until they vacate it.

Good thinking Paul I am heading to my 17 year old sons room right now I am sure I can find something totally nasty in there!

Way to work it hard. I know your going to be smashing your legs of the race this year for sure. I cant wait to hear the reports at the exchanges like last year. Are you going to be doing the same leg again??

From Kathie on Wed, May 20, 2009 at 15:57:12 from 207.155.176.10

Yes I am going to do leg 6 again. They added three miles to my second run!!!! I am not happy about that at all, it when from 5 miles up hill to 8 miles up hill! What where they thinking.

Wow added 3 miles!! That changes it up for you some. Not that I dont think you can do it. It just makes it harder for you to beat last years time that way.

I'm so jealous that you have a treadmill that runs downhill. When it gets too hot to run outside, I might try the phonebook idea at our gym.
