Lifted for back and legs - very light...race on Saturday!
Spin - worked harder than I wanted to. I caved to peer pressure. I hope I don't pay for it on Saturday!

Kathie....I can't wait to hear about your race on Saturday. It sounds like a fun-filled day. I actually wish I had signed up for that instead of the Spectrum 10k.

Teena - I am doing the Lake to Lake with my sisters and 16 year old son and his Friend. It will be so fun the name of our team is 3 hags + 2 Stags!
Rhett - this is the first running of this race so it will be a pr but it is really hard to calculate Pr's during a relay.
Dale - I wish you were doing it too. Next year we should get a forum flyers team there.
