With all that spinning you do, you should enter a duatholon. I have done a couple of them in my day. They are pretty fun. The ones I did we ran, swam, then ran again.

Fireman Slacker was not there!!

Find someone doing pushups and have a race ... you'll beat them every time ... that's just you!!!

LOL I am just happy your sticking to it so well. I havent gotten around to doing mine yet. It should be close to quitting time that we do them. Doing them after spin can be tough. Since your leaning over so much. Tough on your arms. I just noticed on days that I did work my arms and chest that it was harder to dig in on the hills.
