3 miles today they should have been race pace miles (8:30) but I think I lifted too hard on Monday and I threw in a few hills in yesterdays run because I was board (I walked them so I thought it wouldn't hurt) Anyway I did the first mile @ 9:13 the second @ 8:54 and the third @ 8:49 I did sprint .2 @ 8:00 at the end but I am sure it didn't make up for the over all slower miles.

Lifted again for legs

Nice progressive run. I'm always so impressed with your xtraining. You don't ever get injuries, do you?

Oh I get the occasional pain here and there but I have never had to miss a run due to injury usually when I miss a run it is due to just plain laziness!

From Smooth on Wed, Feb 25, 2009 at 17:03:59 from 71.36.64.119

I don't think laziness is in your vocab. You're training/running smart.

Sounds like a good workout, Kathie. I'm impressed that you do all that xtraining. I have access to a gym, but I really can't get motivated to lift weights. I'm glad someone around here is self-motivated!

You may just need a recovery week. Sometimes it's good to just take a week and shorten everything up a bit. Great job working through it though.
