Push-up challenge -  after my first work out not as sore as I thought I would be. Maybe the "max" I thought I could do really should be more. Monday night I followed the third column for the first week and then did 20 for my max. I did the last few with good form but fast, I think I will try to slow down on Wednesday to make it harder.

Good job Kathie!!!

You know, I haven't even started my pushups yet. I'm having a hard time finding the time to get my runs in. Maybe I'll pass on this challenge.

Yeah the only reason why you didnt get sore is that your already use to working out. Great job Kathie. I am looking to do my first day of the week today with a co worker. He cranked out 28.

I think that you really should try to do guy push ups for as many as you can. You are strong, you could do more than you think! Then, when it gets hard, drop to your knees and finish. Tell me to stick it if you want, but I really think you are tougher than you know!
