4.5 miles at 8:20 1% incline.  I started the run feeling a migraine coming on last night.  I almost stayed home but then I thought if Rhett could run a marathon with a torn PF then I could run a tempo run with migraine.  Funny thing around two miles the migraine when away.  They always seem to come on Mondays the day after my rest day.  Maybe I truly am addicted to running and the headaches are just me going through withdrawal.  If running is the cure I am so for it!

Way to be tough!

A torn PF is nothing compared to a migraine. :) You are one tough cookie. I'm glad to hear the headache went away.

Good on you. You're being smart with the pace. Your MP BQ pace will feel so easy if you keep doing regular tempo/threshold runs. Nice!

Yes, a good run cures everything, especially migraine. GOOD JOB!

Sometimes running makes my headaches worse but most of the time they go away. Way to go!
