5.5 easy miles with the running group. Ran 2.5 to meet
the group, forgot to turn on my watch when we started again so I don't have the
last splits. I ran with Dan one of my neighbors and the co-captain of our
Wasatch Back team. It was really fun to run with him and catch up with
what is going on in his family. Our first three children our close to the
same age and so we compare what they are going through and realize that they
all usually come out ok in the end...the teenage years are just hard!

Sounds like a fun run and a nice chat! You'll have to write down any good tips as you go ... my oldest just started YWs. Lots ahead!
Love ya!

Don't scare me, I have about a year and a half before my oldest turns 12. Nice run Kathie.
