.5 miles @ 9:13, 2.5 miles @ 8:20 (not really marathon pace but not sure where to put it) last .5 was hard and I dropped it down twice but when right back up. Why can I do 13 miles at this pace during a race and 2.5 is hard on the treadmill. I have got to work on my Jedi mind games!

Spin - We did what the instructor lovingly calls over and under intervals. Where you get your body over puke pace, hold it for 30 - 40 seconds and then drop just under that pace (NOT RECOVERY!) We did this in several variations for an hour. I am so dead I am going to take a bath and then a nap! I really need to start counting my cross training mile I think I average 16-20 a week. |
