.5 miles @ 9:13, 2.5 miles @ 8:20 (not really marathon pace but not sure where to put it) last .5 was hard and I dropped it down twice but when right back up.  Why can I do 13 miles at this pace during a race and 2.5 is hard on the treadmill.  I have got to work on my Jedi mind games!

Lifted for calves

Spin - We did what the instructor lovingly calls over and under intervals.  Where you get your body over puke pace, hold it for 30 - 40 seconds and then drop just under that pace (NOT RECOVERY!)  We did this in several variations for an hour.  I am so dead I am going to take a bath and then a nap!  I really need to start counting my cross training mile I think I average 16-20 a week.

Great job Kathie. Running on a treadmill is definitely a different beast.

Dang that is one mean spin class. Careful not to overdo your cross training. Have you even looked into doing a Dua or a Tri yet. Your training is right on course for some serious Dua action and with some swimming in there. LOOK OUT!!!

Sounds brutally beautiful!!!

Races are a different game for sure ... either way though, YOU ARE INCREDIBLE!!

(btw, you are one tough woman!)

That sounds brutal, but when you were done, I bet you felt great. Nice workout.

WOW, that's some serious spinning. All that xtraining is giving you HARD muscles, I think. What do I know? Yah, I say you should count those xtraining miles.
