Well, 4.5 is pretty darn close to 5. Next time just start 4 minutes earlier or show up 4 mins. late for spin class. Nice run.

Hey, I'm with Rhett. 4.5 tempo is pretty darn good. Spin class wouldn't wait for you for 4 more minutes, eh? AWESOME workout. I hear so much about spin class from the blog. One of these days I'm gonna try one myself.
