6 elliptical miles at 12% resistance.  Very hard again this week I did it in 47:17 so faster than last week but I was dead at the end.

Okay ... I seriously don't get how you can do 12% resistance. I can barely move at that. Seriously ... that is so nuts!! (and don't say that it is because I am too light ... that's not it)
