Kathie!!! Nice workout! I need to do some yoga tonight, hadn't done one all week. How many are you running tomorrow and where?

From Teena on Fri, Jan 02, 2009 at 18:26:33

Yes ... how many are you running tomorrow? Is anyone running at the Olympic Oval again?

And Kathie, how in the world do you do that at 11% resistance? That would literally kill me!

From Kathie on Fri, Jan 02, 2009 at 18:33:51

I Think I will run 11 miles with the SDRR tomorrow. I will just go early and put in extra miles. Is there a group going to the Oval? How long is it I am not sure if I could go around in circles for 11 miles. With my new coat the cold is not that bad so I would rather be outside. (I am going in circles for most of my life so I need a break while I run)

Teena about the 11% resistance you could do it if you weighed as much as me for sure! It is all about putting the extra pounds to work!

You are so funny Kathie!!

I don't think there is a group going there, I was just hoping that there might be. I will likely run at the gym. When it gets too cold and windy my asthma gives me major problems and I often get really sick as a result. So ... probably the very boring treadmill for me. Stink!

good idea getting out for a run tomorrow Kathie. Teena, that is a wise decision running on the treadmill so you don't get sick.
