6 miles elliptical 11% resistance 44:38 - I am really glad that I stopped trying to do this at 12% resistance my form is much better and I can work on speed as well as strength.

Lifted for legs

Yoga - today in yoga we did 108 half sun salutations.  I tried to find a video to show what that is but I couldn't (I should ask Rivertonpaul to find it I am sure he could)  I will try and describe it as best I can.  Start in down dog, move to plank, chaturanga, cobra and then back to down dog.  I hope that makes it all clear.  Anyway I am not sure how the push-up challenge will go tonight being as my arms already feel like they are going to fall off.

So what language is that? It was all Greek to me. Must have been tough though if your arms feel like they want to fall off.

Sanskrit is the language I think!

How are you doing on your push-up challenge? This should be about your last week, right? Good luck on the 100!

Susie - I am not ready to end yet. I was on week four when my family life went all haywire, so I stopped for two weeks. I have started again and I am on week three.
