6 miles elliptical 11% resistance in.... wait for it....wait for it..... 41:23.  Yes you read right my legs felt great today and I totally kick butt.  I think it is because I couldn't do spin yesterday.

Lifted for legs - Because my legs felt so good I lifted harder

Yoga

I think I will run a ten mile route tomorrow that I have not run in a while and see how much time I have cut. Here are the splits from the last two times that I ran it way back in November.

9:20, 8:57, 9:14, 9:01, 9:29, 8:52, 9:36, 9:49, 10:11, 11:28

9:14, 8:59, 9:14, 8:48, 9:29, 9:00, 9:37, 11:17, 9:37, 11:12

I hope to be able to run it a little faster and do better on the hills at the end.

wish me luck!

You made me laugh with the whole wait for it part.... :) How exactly do you calculate miles on an elliptical machine anyway? I must not have the fancy model. Good luck tomorrow on your run. Hills at the end.....nice!! What's up next for you on the racing front?
