6 miles elliptical 11% resistance. I had to use a different type of machine today and I am not sure that it was as good of a workout. I had to go faster and barely got the 6 miles in at 49:11 but the resistance was not as hard.

It's probably good to mix up the machines a bit. It probablly works your muscles a little diferntly.
