Wow I am just noticing something. Are you doing spin class and running in the same day?? Holy cow. Have you thought about doing a Tri or a Dua?? Even if you do the training of those there isnt alot of the days you do the bricks until later in the training I think. Be careful not to overdo it.

Mark - I run and then spin two days a week. I have been doing this for a year now. It works for me because I can make a spin class easier if I need to as I run harder during the week (I say that but I am so competitive that I really don't)
I will never do a tri until I can swim better and right now I don't have the time to learn.
Kathie, you are far too diehard to take it easy. My guess is that you might start some workouts easy, but then you get bored and amp it up!!
