Boy spin on Wednesday really did a number on my legs!  Even after taking the day off yesterday I couldn't do my usual elliptical work out today.  I started out normally and in my mind I even wanted to beat last weeks time.  Soon after 4 miles I had to lower the resistance from 12 to 7 and then for the last mile I was at 1.  So you would think with the resistance that low I would have killed on the time but no I was done with the six miles in 49:20.  Well live and learn.  I still think I would do it all over again I loved that spin work out!  I well see if my legs are still feeling it for tomorrows run.

Your a machine Kathie. Great job. It must of really been a hard workout in spin to still be sore from it. No push ups today??

Ah right didnt notice you already did them yesterday too. Just tring to keep you motivated with doing them. I got a few co-workers working on the challenge too. Thanks for helping us with it. I just got to think about having those sexy arms.:)
