Some days you have it and other days you don't. To push hard you definitely need to be mentally into it. Nice workout today. Next MP run will be great.

Awesome job, Kathie!!! What is a hip opener? Doesn't sound pleasant

From Kathie on Fri, Jun 26, 2009 at 14:34:45 from 207.155.176.10

A hip opener stretches your hip and really helps your sciatica. I will try to post a picture up above.

Ouch. Why would you do that to yourself?

From DonGardinero on Fri, Jun 26, 2009 at 14:52:15 from 75.162.161.126

I don't even think I could get in that position. LOL

From Rhett on Fri, Jun 26, 2009 at 14:55:13 from 170.215.58.122

OUCH! OUCH! OUCH! THAT'S GOTTA HURT!

From Kathie on Fri, Jun 26, 2009 at 14:55:52 from 207.155.176.10

Oh it feels SOOOOOOO good! Don't knock it until you have tried it!

From DonGardinero on Fri, Jun 26, 2009 at 15:00:42 from 75.162.161.126

K, I tried it and I wasn't even close.

From Andy on Fri, Jun 26, 2009 at 15:03:55 from 159.212.71.199

If I tried it you would not here from me ever again. I would not be discovered until the neighbors started to complain about the smell of my rotting corpse because I would never be able to get out of that position.

WOW, 6 miles in 41:44!!! AWESOME workout! OK, I'm gonna try those positions right now. But first I have to get out of these jeans. K, I can do the second pose, (prone position), the Eka Pada Raj.; but not the first pic one. I can't sit up straight w/o hurting the lower back. I really like the second pose. Felt so good to stretch, aaah! I should take up yoga!

From MarcE on Fri, Jun 26, 2009 at 22:36:11 from 24.155.140.8

Wow, I'm impressed..not only in your yoga abilities, but in your ability to post a picture! ;)

Great workout...ole Facebook buddy of mine (I saw your picture on there a while ago, but I wasn't sure it was you. I've only seen you in person once, and that was almost 2 years ago, and very briefly at the bonfire before St George.)
