I guess after my great elliptical workout yesterday I got a
little cocky and lifted really hard for my legs and gluts. Today when I
got up I could barely walk. The run went really slow at first but I
seemed to find my rhythm later on. It never really felt great though.

Excellent mileage this week. I don't know how you (and a few others on here) pack so many workouts and runs into a single week. You're my inspiration...not that I'll ever try working out, but if I did..
