Posting challenge again:

On Monday Feb 2nd I am going to start a new program and wanted to "challenge" anyone to do it with me.  It is a six week program and at the end of the six week you should be able to do 100 push-ups in a row.  You can find the program at:

http://www.hundredpushups.com/index.html

I am going to do girl push-up for two reasons the first being that I am a girl and the second is that I really don't want to get bulky man arms (just really sexy girl arms!) Anyway let me know if you are in.  I am going to post my progress Tuesdays Thursdays and Saturdays.

Nice run Kathie, way to pick it up at the end. I'm going to have to pass on the pushup contest this time around. I have a goal to get my upper body as scrawney as possible before Boston. My wife will hate it, but it will mean less weight to haul up those Newton hills.

I'm still doing my core work and lower body work, just not any upper body.

Nice work Kathie.

Did you take that nap for me yet?

From Kathie on Thu, Jan 29, 2009 at 16:21:10

Dale - I sure did...do you feel refreshed?

From DonGardinero on Thu, Jan 29, 2009 at 17:42:20

Not so much...Thanks for taking the nap for me, though. I got in a little nap, but it wasn't nearly long enough. I'm still debating whether or not I should even attempt a run. I'm staying home from work tonight so I can get to bed at a reasonable hour.

Kathie, nice workout as usual. My pecs are sore from doing the push up test with good form then 30 girl push ups afterwards. I don't think I have to worry about any bulky upper body. I just hope the push ups will burn off the R.S. flaps, you think?

Smooth that is what I am hoping for!
