Ran 7 with the SDRR I ran the first 3.3 to the meeting place.  When I got there a new runner only wanted to run three miles and was not sure where to turn around so I ran the next 1.5 with her at a slower pace and then ran the final 3.2 to my house.  That is why the splits are so weird.  Legs felt good even though I thrashed them last week so I think I will thrash them again this week!

Splits 8:53, 8:47, 8:49, 10:04, 9:54, 8:51, 8:43,

Tried to do push-ups last night and I could only do the first set.  I think the sun salutations were enough of a work out and I called it good.  Well see if they helped when I go to week four on Monday.

That was very considerate of you to think of the newbie. Looks like you got a good run in and probably made a new friend too.

Kathie, you're what running's all about. SO VERY NICE of you to help out a new gal.

Bravo, Kathie! Did you tell the newbie about the "no passing on hills" rule, yet! Just kidding. You're making those sub 9:00 miles look routine. When do you and Kimmie officially start marathon training for St George?

Marc - I think we will start the first of June.
