Ran 7 with the SDRR I ran the first 3.3 to the meeting place. When I got there a new runner only wanted to run three miles and was not sure where to turn around so I ran the next 1.5 with her at a slower pace and then ran the final 3.2 to my house. That is why the splits are so weird. Legs felt good even though I thrashed them last week so I think I will thrash them again this week!

Tried to do push-ups last night and I could only do the first set. I think the sun salutations were enough of a work out and I called it good. Well see if they helped when I go to week four on Monday. |
