Ran up to elephant rock today.  I knew I needed to get in some hill work before the Wasatch back.  I guess I need more work than I thought, I have been spending too much time working on my speed.  The hills were way harder than they were last year and with only three week to work on them I am really worried.  I guess I am glad that we just do this race for fun!

Splits 12:54, 12:29, 11:42, 12:39, 9:38, 7:51, 7:35,

Down hill is so much easier that up... ya think!

WOW!!! Did you not get in any warm up?? That would of killed me. YOUR AN ANIMAL!!! LOOK OUT RAGNAR!! I dont know who we have running leg 10 but I think you could take that leg with no problem. Great job. I wouldnt be worried about it much for ragnar. With a good warmup you could of really killed that elephant hill.
