Recovery day 3 miles at 9:13 (6.5) 1% incline. Legs didn't feel any better they were very heavy. However when I lifted my normal weights they felt much stronger and I could do more reps weird right!

Spin class - Neighbor was in class so I had to "race" him really dumb thing to do on a recovery day... when will I stop being so competitive? |
