Six miles the first two were at 9:13 (6.5) the second two were 9:05 (6.6) and the last two were all over the place because yet again I got bored, mostly 8:30 - 8:00 (7.0-7.5)
Lifted for arms
On Monday I am going to start a new program and wanted to "challenge" anyone to do it with me. It is a six week program and at the end of the six week you should be able to do 100 push-ups in a row. You can find the program at:

I am going to do girl push-up for two reasons the first being that I am a girl and the second is that I really don't want to get bulky man arms (just really sexy girl arms!) Anyway let me know if you are in. I am going to post my progress Tuesdays Thursdays and Saturdays. |
