Three easy miles .5 @ 9:13 .5 @ 8:34 then I remembered I had a race tomorrow 2 @ 9:13 Lifted for legs Spin class Goals for tomorrows race: 1) Burn 600 calories 2) PR (it is my first 10K so anything is a PR) 3) Top 10 in my age group (looked at registation and there are not 10 in my age group yet) I really hope I can meet all my goals :)
