Three miles today .5 at 6.0 (10:00) 1.5 at 6.5 (9:13) when I first started going this speed my right knee and quad REALLY hurt.  I decided to give it a minute and it when away.  1 mile at 7.0 (8:30) and then I sprinted at the end just do get it over with.

Great job Kathie!!! Are you starting to get out of that funk you were in last week?

Nice "speedy" recovery run there. It takes me at least 2 miles to warm up and work out all the kinks. Good job sprinting at the end and listen to your body. I bet the spin helps with the recovery too.

You are so diehard Kathie!!

(sprinting at the end to get it over with ... AWESOME)
