Treadmill 1% incline .5 @ 9:13 2.5 @ 8:30 I felt really good I could tell that the nutrition has been lacking but never felt like It was too hard. I may need to up my speed for Ogden training.

Could you just tell me what cross training is? Seems I'm completely missing that part of my training. Does it have something to do with running while mad? Or does it require I run while wearing a dress and heels?
