Went to the Legacy Parkway to run with the SDRR I had planed to run 4 miles before and then 6 with the group.  I got lost and arrived just 10 minutes before the rest of the group.  I ran just the 6 miles.  I think I must be low man on the miles board but I am cool with that!

Splits 8:08, 8:54 (funny story with this mile but too funny to put on the blog sorry) 8:35, 9:09, 8:37, 8:35

This run seemed to tire out my quads more than normal.  This is a flat route and I am wondering if when I run the hills they give my quads a rest?

Push-up tonight

Sounds like a pretty good run today, Kathie. Thanks for sending warm thoughts my way.

So was the weather terrible there too?

Those are pretty FAST splits. NICE 10K. What was the weather like on the LPT?

Smooth/Rhett - the weather was pretty bad but I can endure anything for just 6 miles

Teena - I will tell you sometime I just can't post it on the WORLD WIDE WEB were anyone can see it...the funniest part is your name came up!

From Smooth on Sat, Apr 04, 2009 at 21:19:25 from 71.36.85.29

You can't say you have a funny story and not share. If you won't post it on the WWW then I expect an email.

OK...now I'm really curious. How can you tease us like that an not tell us??? Did it have to do with an equipment malfunction? Bodily function? C'mon..you can tell us. Nobody reads this blog anyways. :)

From Smooth on Mon, Apr 06, 2009 at 12:08:58 from 71.36.85.29

Marc,

Not equipment malfunction. More in the line of those runners who got off the bus enroute to Hopkinton last year, remember? The difference is you "captured" the moments on candid camera. On this blog, we refer to it as VPB.
